Where does Klyvera ship?

We offer shipping to all locations within the United States. At this time we do not provide international shipping outside of the USA.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe and there are no recent updates, we recommend checking your tracking details first. If you notice any problems with the tracking status, please contact our customer support team for help.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track the status and location of your delivery.

How can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours at support@klyvera.com, and include your name and order number. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships. After dispatch, address changes aren't guaranteed, but we'll do everything we can to assist.

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, we accept returns under our 30-Day Return Policy. To qualify, items must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
