Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time the order is received. During high-demand periods or unexpected situations, processing may take longer. In such cases, customers will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Continental United States: We ship to all states within the continental U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping is available; however, extra charges may apply. These will be visible during checkout.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are limited to U.S. addresses only.
PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses
Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as severe weather or other uncontrollable factors.

How do I update the shipping address?

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@klyvea.com. Our customer service team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET and aims to reply within 24 hours.

I've changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so at any time. We’ll process a full refund within 24 hours of the cancellation request.

My order has arrived damaged. What shall I do?

If your order arrives damaged and the courier is present, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying our customer support right away. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps and we'll aim to refund you as per our return policy.

What if my order gets lost in mail?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–6 business days, please contact us. We’ll work with our shipping provider to track the package. If the parcel is confirmed lost and the delivery address provided was correct, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the address entered at checkout was incorrect and the package was delivered there, we are not responsible for replacing the item.
