I've changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so at any time. We’ll process a full refund within 24 hours of the cancellation request.

My order has arrived damaged. What shall I do?
If your order arrives damaged and the courier is present, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying our customer support right away. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps and we'll aim to refund you as per our return policy.
What if my order gets lost in mail?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us. We’ll work with our shipping provider to track the package. If the parcel is confirmed lost and the delivery address provided was correct, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the address entered at checkout was incorrect and the package was delivered there, we are not responsible for replacing the item.
