Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your item to request a full or partial refund, depending on the situation. See the details below for our full return policy.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund. If your refund is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price. This fee does not apply to returns due to product defects or errors made by our team.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify, items must be returned in unused, new condition and in their original packaging.
General Return Guidelines:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery.
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Acceptable Return Product Item Requirements:
- Package: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different to what you ordered, notify us within 30 days to arrange a return and replacement.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, email us at support@klyvera.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. We aim to reply within 24 hours. Once you receive the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, print the provided shipping label, and attach it to the outside of the shipping box.
We cover return shipping costs only for defective products or order errors. Returns without prior approval and an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the refund should appear in your account within 10–12 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For refund-related questions, contact support@klyvera.com. In rare cases where payment platforms fail to process the refund, we may issue a bank transfer. We do not process refunds through CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar platforms.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately. This must be done within 30 days of delivery.
RESTOCKING FEES

DELIVERIES TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered and the package was delivered to that address, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses.
SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once processed.
